The massage will last around 40 minutes and will focus on a specific body part or set muscle groups, massaging the effected area, aiding the body in the healing process post injury.
After Care is the name given to the process of returning you to past fitness. This can involve gentle stretching, mobilisation exercises and weight bearing exercises with the purpose of safely regaining full strength and mobility.
